Use the contact form to contact us about your web project or email us directly at info at DesignTermite.com. Describe your project as best as you can and hit Send. We will contact you back during 24 hours and will either come up with a project estimate or send you a list of questions to help us understand your web project better.
The pricing
Though web project price depends on project complexity and your requirements, you can get a brief idea of the pricing in our price list. Tell us some good reason to give you a discount or get 5% discount automatically allowing us to place a link in the footer of your new web site “Website design by Design Termite”.
I’m ready to order, what’s now?
Once the project pricing has been agreed and you are ready to proceed, our manager will send you a payment link (credit card payment via 2checkout payment processor). We can sign a contract if you’d like to. Our payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% after project completion but prior to source files delivery.
How long does it take to create a web site?
There’s no set timeline, project delivery time depends on project complexity and your respond time. Before project start you will be given an approximate project execution time estimate.
What if I don’t like the design?
Most of our customers are satisfied with what they are getting from the very first steps that we take. However we admit that the design may not be to your liking (things happen). In this case we’ll get back to the drawing-board and will get back to you with a completely new concept.
What’s the brief web development process?
Once the initial web site design/development payment has been carried out we're getting into work. It usually takes us around 3-4 business days to come up with the front page layout for you to consider. Once the home page has been approved, we'll proceed working on the inside pages. You'll never have to accept something you don't like. The number of revisions is not limited but they should be reasonable, meaning we won't be applying tons of changes and then getting back to initial variant and starting from the very beginning over again. Once the design has been approved, we'll start working on HTML coding or flash depending on the project deliverables. This way step by step we'll be moving to the project completion. Before files delivery we will ask you to make the final review, list the tweaks in any left and send us the acknowledgement of receipt document- confirming you accept the results. Only upon that we'll consider the project as complete and will ask you to proceed with the balance payment.
Money-back guarantee
We guarantee all work to meet the full satisfaction of the Client or we will provide a partial refund (70% of initial payment). Design/development files with stay with us and will remain our property except for those provided by the Client.
Template customization
Yes, we can customize any template that you choose from almost any provider but we do not work with free low-quality templates.
